GUIDE TO ACCRA in december
FOR EDUCATORS AND DEI PRACTIONERS
THINKING ABOUT VISITING GHANA FOR THE FIRST TIME?
THIS IS YOUR YEAR!
AS People of Color who are leading DEI work in your institutions - especially Black women - YOU need and deserve an experience that will restore, inspire, and remind YOU why YOU do this work.

Since the Year of Return in 2019, Ghana has become a popular tourist destination for Black Americans, especially in December. Curated trips to Accra in December can cost up to $4000 per traveler (not including airfare, visas, and vaccinations). Many of the most popular trips are already sold out for December.
For $500, you will receive my flexible itinerary and budget, which will allow for you to have an amazing, transformative experience and save up to $2000 on the total cost of the trip. You will receive support and guidance throughout the planning process, including:
3 Virtual planning calls
Group chat Q&A
Invitation to Welcome Dinner in Accra
Virtual Group reflection in January
Optional 1:1 30-minute reflection/coaching session in January (additional cost)
This is the perfect option for you if:
You’ve never been to Accra
You’re not an experienced traveler, but you don’t mind handling your own bookings and logistics with some guidance
You are looking for an experience in Accra that balances entertainment, nightlife, culture, and history
You are a budget conscious traveler who wants to have an amazing and transformative experience without breaking the bank
You want to be walked through the process step by step
You want a sense of community and a few meet ups but you don’t want to be bound to a travel group for the entire trip
You want to process and reflect on this life-changing experience with an experienced DEI coach upon your return
